Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Sheet Metal Specialist at Howe, you will be responsible for the installation of sheet metal ducts, spiral ducts, rooftop units, and various HVAC systems on commercial projects. You will oversee apprentices, fabricate products, and ensure that installations comply with plans and specifications. Effective collaboration with managers and superintendents is essential for delivering timely and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC sheet metal work is required. A valid driver's license, willingness to work weekends and overtime, and the physical capability to lift up to 50lbs are necessary. Additional training and education are valued.
Work Environment:
The role involves HVAC sheet metal tasks that require physical strength, balance, and the ability to work at heights and in diverse conditions. Pre-employment screenings are mandatory.
