Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sunday Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Sunday Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum, building water confidence, and ensuring the safety of each class.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swim skills to students using our curriculum
  • Build water confidence within students
  • Ensure the safety of each class
  • Communicate effectively with students and fellow staff members
  • Be a team player and consistently dependable and reliable
  • Complete required training and be a continual learner
  • Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities, and comfort of each student
Qualifications
  • Caring and compassion for children and adults
  • Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 4 hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attitude and willingness to be coached
  • Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
