">Our Current Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our commitment to excellence.
">Job Summary
">The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners. This involves ensuring patient safety, administering contrast media as needed, and operating equipment in accordance with regulatory standards.
">Main Responsibilities

- Patient Preparation and Safety: Verify patient identification, confirm pregnancy status, and assess potential risks associated with contrast media administration.">
- Contrast Media Administration: Administer IV and oral contrast media as required, monitoring patients for adverse reactions during and after treatment.">
- CT Imaging and Quality Control: Prepare and operate CT scan equipment, select exposure factors, and ensure compliance with ALARA principles.">
- Patient Experience and Scheduling: Provide clear instructions to patients, address their questions and concerns, and support lead technologists in managing schedules.">
- Protocols and Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and updating protocols, participate in QA activities, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.">
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care, maintain effective communication with colleagues and physicians, and provide positive feedback to patients.">
- Training and Development: Participate in training and orientation programs for new staff members, support skill development, and engage in continuous learning opportunities.">
- Compliance and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure adherence to state and national regulations, communicate equipment issues promptly, and support accreditation processes and inventory management.">

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum one year of CT experience or completion of a cross-training program">
- Graduate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology">
- Eligible for registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT within 12 months of hire">
- Permit to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Montana">
- Current BLS certification">

Salary Information
">We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
