We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team at Integrated Real Estate Group. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in promoting our luxury assisted living, memory care, and extended care community to prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive community growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
- Conduct tours of our community and model residences, highlighting the benefits and amenities of our services
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure seamless resident onboarding and lease file setup
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions, and provide insights to inform sales and marketing efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the senior living industry, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with leads management systems and software a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
