Sales Counselor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team at Integrated Real Estate Group. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in promoting our luxury assisted living, memory care, and extended care community to prospective residents and their families.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive community growth and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
• Conduct tours of our community and model residences, highlighting the benefits and amenities of our services
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure seamless resident onboarding and lease file setup
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions, and provide insights to inform sales and marketing efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the senior living industry, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with leads management systems and software a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
