Job Title: Cyber Security Practice Director

Arraya Solutions, a leading technology consulting firm and Managed Services provider, is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Practice Director to drive the growth and success of our Cyber Security Practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cyber security management, including security controls architecture, incident response preparedness and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security event analytics and correlation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Cyber Security Practice, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer engagement activities, advising business leaders and C-level Executives on cyber risk and security.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of security professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with Arraya's clients to define and drive a multi-year cyber security framework, including architecture and program development.
  • Architect security solutions, including cyber response automation, threat intelligence, user analytics, DLP, endpoint security tools, security infrastructure technologies, and application/software protections.
  • Develop and deliver security advisory services, including program/policy development, education and training programs, assessments, and response/forensic engagements.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, technologies, and market trends, providing market intelligence to the management staff and participating in the development of future solution strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in security issue management, techniques, and process integration, preferably within an enterprise organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in security architecture and engineering of network, infrastructure, and cloud technology, preferably in multi-tenant environments.
  • Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC, GCIH, GCIA, GPEN) are a strong preference.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week.
