We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team at MacNeil Automotive Prod. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders.
Key Responsibilities- Picking Orders: Read pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area using an RF Scanner.
- Package Products: Package various products to order specifications.
- Teamwork and Training: Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders, and train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months related work experience.
- RF Scanner Experience: Experience using an RF Scanner.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Reliability: Dependable, with an excellent attendance record.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and authorized to work in the United States.
