Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $96,294 to $137,164, complemented by a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee a proficient team of facilities project managers, directing various projects including construction, maintenance, and site management.
- Real Estate Oversight: Manage lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and foster positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with the team to formulate and execute the facilities capital plan.
- Risk Management: Work alongside the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with all facilities-related regulations.
- Facility Evaluations: Conduct regular assessments to maintain an updated understanding of property conditions and needs.
- Equipment Oversight: Supervise clinical equipment inventories, ensuring timely replacements and annual evaluations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to facility codes and infection prevention standards.
- Project Management: Directly manage a variety of facilities projects, focusing on safety, compliance, and the implementation of new standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in managing real estate and facility project teams, with a strong network in the local real estate and construction sectors.
- Healthcare Background: Previous experience in healthcare facilities management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge Base: Understanding of facility codes and infection prevention requirements is crucial.
- Mobility: Must possess a reliable vehicle for local travel.
- Health & Safety: COVID vaccination is mandatory.
- Team Dynamics: Ability to excel in a collaborative environment that values respect, teamwork, and adaptability.

- Location: Primarily based in a central office.
