Job Overview

The Server Assistant (SA) plays a vital role in supporting bartenders, servers, chefs, and hosts by ensuring cleanliness and providing essential assistance to facilitate prompt and friendly service to our patrons, primarily as a busser or food runner.

The primary responsibility of a busser is to set and clear tables while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the dining area.

Bussers and food runners collaborate as a team and share tips. The main duty of a food runner is to swiftly and accurately deliver food from the kitchen to the guests. Bussers are expected to assist with food running, and food runners are encouraged to help bus tables.

Little O's Marketplace is a relaxed yet fast-paced restaurant and bar, affiliated with O.H.S.O.

Brewery and Distillery, featuring an inside/outside bar with a variety of craft beers available on tap and in cans and bottles.

At Little O's, you will discover a dog-friendly patio, a selection of O.H.S.O.-inspired menu items available for dine-in or takeout, and a welcoming staff ready to serve. In addition to our excellent menu, we also offer coffee, donuts, and convenient 'grab and go' items.
