Healthcare Opportunities at Carespring

Carespring is seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help residents with positioning, turning, and transferring.
  • Transport residents to various locations within the facility.
  • Respond to resident calls in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team.
  • Document care in the resident's electronic medical record.
  • Participate in required in-services and educational events to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist residents with daily meals and snacks.

Requirements:
  • Current Kentucky State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience with electronic medical records a plus.
  • Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly.
  • Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care.
