Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a Medication Reconciliation position. As a key member of our Clinical Pharmacy Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to pharmacy team members, utilizing your expertise in compounding, pharmacy math, and hospital pharmacy operations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain a proficient area through process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in reciprocal communication with departmental and health-system peers and management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be registered as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compounding, pharmacy math, hospital pharmacy operations, medical terminology, and various drug names.
