Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Elco Child Care Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of children aged 3-12 years.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily routines and lesson plans that align with our Montessori philosophy
  • Coordinate activities and events that promote socialization, creativity, and exploration
  • Clean and maintain classroom settings and facilities to ensure a healthy and safe environment
  • Maintain accurate records of children's developmental milestones and progress
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Child Care Teacher
  • Possession of PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting, and NSOR clearance
  • Ability to pass State Regulated Training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR, and annual training hours
Benefits
