Key Responsibilities:
The Nutritional Services Aide will assist the culinary team in various food service tasks as directed, adhering to established food safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serving meals to residents
- Setting up and clearing dining areas
- Performing dishwashing and cleaning duties
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with residents and team members
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of a health assessment
- Physical and sensory capabilities, with or without assistive devices
