Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Physicians and Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Lead Nursing Staff: Supervise and support a team of nurses to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies and address patient and family concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Assist with staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
  • Certification: BLS prior to hire. ACLS, FCCS, and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
  • Experience: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings, including critical care, required. Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.
Work Schedule

Part-time, 12-hour days, every other weekend, and holidays.
