About the Job

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a leading provider of engineering, DFM, systems assembly, and contract manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving:
  • Unload incoming shipments and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Record and document received items in the inventory management system.
  • Organize and store materials in designated locations, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Shipping:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Generate shipping labels and complete all necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle hazardous materials appropriately, if applicable.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, including production, purchasing, and quality control, to meet operational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is required.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits

As an Eastridge temporary employee, you will have access to competitive compensation and benefits. Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
