Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Specialist to join our team at Compass Group Careers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nutrition care to patients in our outpatient clinic, utilizing evidence-based research and the Nutrition Care Process.
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations outlined in our Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Develop and implement effective nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, quality services, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in department Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) Programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferred.
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and the Internet.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working with special diets and food allergies, preferred.
