IT Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain a Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
  • Lead a team of IT professionals and provide hands-on support
  • Research and plan upgrades and maintenance of current infrastructure
  • Collaborate with executives to drive company growth and innovation
  • Train staff on the latest market trends and technologies
  • Communicate effectively with both onsite and remote employees
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
  • Experience with maintaining an IT infrastructure
  • Experience working in a multi-site organization
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
