Job Summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment, loading and unloading pallets, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to move materials and products throughout the warehouse
  • Load and unload pallets and cases, and stage orders for shipment
  • Put away inbound shipments and move product to storage locations using a forklift
  • Picking cases by the each onto pallets using the powered equipment
  • Prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and correct item is staged for loading
  • Keep accurate records and reports for inventory accuracy
  • Report quality variances and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of forklift and warehouse experience
  • Ability to pass a Forklift Driving Skills test
  • Must be able to lift cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment
