Position Overview:
Touro University is currently seeking qualified Psychology Instructors to teach a variety of psychology courses. The curriculum includes foundational topics such as Introduction to Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology.
Compensation:
Instructors will be compensated at a rate of $2500 per 3-credit course, with the potential for higher pay for those holding a Ph.D..
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate lab sessions as necessary.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic discussions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain office hours to support student inquiries and academic growth.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory.
