Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of passionate and caring clinicians. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients in a variety of settings, including home health, hospice, residential, and private duty.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and taking vital signs.
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care.
  • Transport patients, turn bedridden patients, and report any changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medication as directed by a physician or nurse and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state where the aide will provide care.
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
