About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to participate in our integrated care team model. As a PMHNP-BC, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals, to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy to patients with various behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions as needed.
- Perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
