Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Club Pilates, you will play a critical role in introducing people to the life-changing benefits of Pilates. You will be responsible for meeting sales expectations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records using established sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records using established sales systems, ensuring seamless communication between departments
  • Promote Club Pilates classes and services to existing and prospective members
  • Work closely with management and instructors to ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with members and staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Comfortable working in a boutique studio environment, with exposure to various Pilates equipment and techniques
