Utility Worker

Champion Home Builders Inc is seeking a skilled Utility Worker to join our team in the Laurinburg, NC region.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work in our cabinet shop, performing various tasks such as cutting and assembling countertops, installing countertops, and reading blueprints and orders.

• Cut and assemble countertops and edging
• Install countertops
• Perform other duties in the cabinet shop
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Plumbing and electrical tasks

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required
• Previous experience in construction-related positions
• Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, and General carpentry
