Responsibilities:
  • Assess the counseling needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote long-term recovery
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment
  • Document all counseling and education services, assessments, and follow-up in client records
  • Provide coordination of support services for clients and families
  • Facilitate interventions for crisis-oriented issues using a multi-disciplinary team approach
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a social science discipline with a CSAC certification
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage, and family therapy and one year in the field (preferred)
  • CSAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LSAT, or LRIC license preferred
