Salary InformationWe offer a competitive annual salary range of $400,020 to $410,040, with additional potential incentives up to $68,660. Our compensation is based on your level of experience and qualifications.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an emergency medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente - The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. -Northern California, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and culturally responsive care to our members
- Participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board certification in emergency medicine or equivalent experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
