Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as part of our Nurse Residency program. The successful candidate will provide patient-centered care in alignment with our organization's mission and values. This role involves performing assessments, developing care plans, implementing treatments, and evaluating patient outcomes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create therapeutic relationships with patients and their families while ensuring quality nursing practice through effective communication and professional accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required, and licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of employment is mandatory.
