Job Summary:

The Barbecue Specialist will be responsible for cooking meals accurately and in an expedient manner while maintaining a clean area and cooking equipment. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Consistently produce quality food by following recipes and menu items, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
• Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a healthy environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work under pressure, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
