Job Description:
This position requires a War Gaming Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support the Brute Krulak Center for Innovation & Future Warfare at Marine Corps University in Quantico VA. SMEs will provide recommendations and assistance to CDET faculty regarding wargame events and learning outcomes, including historical wargame scenarios and modern tactical to operational level wargames.

Responsibilities:
* Run FACDEV classes on Wargaming and Wargame Facilitation (1 to 5 days of instruction)* Support government led curriculum development, instruction, and maintenance services for FACDEV on Wargaming and Wargame Facilitation* Provide Wargaming subject matter expertise to support FACDEV events including product development, event coordination, class execution, and assessment* Conduct collaborative planning with CDET faculty to develop the wargame concept covering the desired learning outcomes, the scope and duration of the wargame, the scenario, Game Book requirements, facilitation concept, and plan of action & milestones aligned with the CDET planning framework*
