Position Overview

Warehouse Operations Specialists are responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of inventory within designated areas while maintaining organization. They collaborate with colleagues, other departments, and management to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders and incoming shipments
  • Safely operate equipment
  • Load and unload trailers and containers
  • Ensure adherence to operational instructions
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Follow Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) guidelines
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Engage in inventory counting
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) technology
  • Experience operating material handling equipment is advantageous
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Starting base pay for this position ranges from USD $18.00 to $19.50/hr. Compensation is influenced by factors such as training, skills, experience, and market conditions; it is subject to change.
