Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist Expert to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning and implementing therapeutic programs, and supervising assistant therapists.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience in speech language pathology in a home health setting, with a strong focus on communication rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic programs to improve communicative activities of daily living
  • Supervise assistant therapists and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Licensed by the state of Texas to practice as a Speech-Language-Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association
  • 1 year of experience in speech language pathology in a home health setting (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
