Job Summary:

As a Cafe Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing assistance to members with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food according to item specifications and food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping and cleaning the cafe area.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the cafe team to ensure seamless service and a positive member experience.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
