Board Certified Autism Therapist

Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Autism Therapist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
- Design and implement services that promote positive, developmentally-appropriate learning and support the unique needs of each child and family.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.
