Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Node.js. They are responsible for implementing and managing RESTful APIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Server-Side Architecture: Design and implement server-side architecture using Node.js, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Implement Low-Latency Applications: Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications using Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Integrate Front-End and Back-End Logic: Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Implement Secure and Efficient Code: Create secure, efficient, and scalable server-side code using Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Implement Data Storage Solutions: Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Implement Automated Testing Platforms: Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Applications: Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Node.js development, ensuring the company remains competitive.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Optimize Applications for Speed and Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Deploy Applications in Cloud Environments: Deploy applications in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services: Experience in developing RESTful APIs and web services using Node.js.
  • Strong Proficiency in JavaScript and its Frameworks: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks, including Node.js.
  • Experience with MongoDB: Experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and querying.
  • Good Understanding of Server-Side Templating Languages: Good understanding of server-side templating languages, including Handlebars and Pug.
  • Knowledge of Front-End Technologies: Knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Asynchronous Programming: Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts, including callbacks and promises.
