We are seeking a skilled Luxury Nail Technician to join our team at Crystal Springs Resort, a luxury spa retreat in northern New Jersey. As a leading provider of high-end nail services, we offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment that allows you to grow and thrive in your career.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our discerning clients, including manicures, pedicures, and other specialized treatments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all nail services with precision and attention to detail
  • Achieve retail sales projections through effective client relationships and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of nail stations and salon dispensary
  • Assist spa management as needed to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
  • NJ Nail Technician license is required
  • Able to work day, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled
  • Develop and maintain a loyal clientele base
