Key Responsibilities
  • Telemetry Monitoring: Provide customer-focused telemetry monitoring and interpretation of cardiac rhythms to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of care to patients with cardiac arrhythmias.
  • ECG Rhythm Analysis: Establish and maintain proficiency in the analysis and interpretation of ECG rhythms, spo2 waveforms, and other vital signs to develop a comprehensive understanding of the patient's condition.
  • Communication: Conduct ongoing reviews of patient ECG rhythm and communicate findings to nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory, including storage, ordering, troubleshooting of faulty equipment, and disinfection procedures to ensure efficient department operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with health care providers to initiate, monitor, and communicate findings during video monitoring of patients at risk of harm due to medical conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Trade School Education, prior experience in telemetry monitoring or a related field
