Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Costco. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing raw meat for sale using various equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and trim raw meat to meet customer specifications
• Operate and maintain meat grinders and other equipment
• Clean and sanitize the meat preparation area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in meat cutting or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
