Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pipe Repair and Replacement: Assemble, install, modify, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, various types of valves, backflow preventers, utility systems, disposal systems, sewage systems, waste water vents, grease traps, drainage systems, fire sprinkler systems, and pumps according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems.
  3. Blueprint Review: Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures to replace pipe.
  4. Pipe Layout: Locate and/or mark position of pipe and pipe connections, cuts openings for passage holes of pipes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • FBI background check.
  • Drug test.
  • Journeyman Plumber's license.
  • Commercial plumbing experience (previous experience involving household plumbing will not be applied).
  • Lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Electrical trade knowledge.
