We are in search of a proficient CNC Operator. This position is vital in our manufacturing processes, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate high-precision components. Your duties will encompass interpreting technical schematics, programming CNC machines, selecting and installing suitable tooling, and ensuring the quality and precision of the final products.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:

  • Prepare and configure CNC machines according to job specifications.
  • Conduct fixturing setups and tool installations.
  • Perform touch-offs and program CNC machines utilizing CAM software or manual input.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and make necessary adjustments.

Tool Selection and Maintenance:

  • Select appropriate cutting tools and install them in the CNC machines.
  • Carry out regular maintenance on tools to guarantee peak performance.
  • Replace worn or dull tools as necessary to uphold precision and quality.

Quality Assurance:

Blueprint Interpretation:

Documentation:

Qualifications:
