Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized assisted stretching sessions and facilitate group stretching classes for small groups.
  • Develop and maintain client memberships while ensuring high retention rates.
  • Prioritize client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and mandatory educational sessions.
  • Support sales staff and management with studio tours and sales initiatives as required.
  • Maintain a strong presence in client engagement and retention efforts.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and available for client use at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for fitness and a keen interest in stretching, mobility, and flexibility.

  • Fitness certification is mandatory.

  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive training program, which includes online tutorials and hands-on training, fully funded by the company.
