Caregiver - York

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Modivcare in York County. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing non-clinical personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

• Provide direct care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene maintenance
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• Transport clients to appointments and activities, as requested
• Support clients in completing activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
• Contribute to a client's quality of life by influencing patient safety, good hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and clean home environments
