Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the deal team, working closely with senior bankers to drive engagement success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in new business presentations and business research
  • Conducting valuation analysis and financial modeling
  • Preparing Confidential Offering Memoranda and developing potential buyer lists
  • Interacting with clients at multiple levels and potential buyers
  • Developing and training junior team members
Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess a combination of the following attributes:

  • Three years of experience as an Analyst or at least one year of experience as an Associate
  • Strong academic performance (3.5 GPA or better)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire to be the best of the best
