Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care to meet patients' goals
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current NV nursing license
  • A BLS certificate
  • An ACLS certificate
  • At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
