Job Title:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district in Charleston, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address students' communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' educational and communication goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid South Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
