LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Outpatient Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an outpatient setting. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical tasks. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Administer medications, electrolytes, fluids, blood, and blood products as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform various clinical tasks, such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and visual acuity tests.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in patient education and counseling.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Graduate of an approved Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year recent nursing experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
- Active/unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
- Proof of IV therapy training/certification or additional education equivalency or certification.
- Current ARC or AHA BLS certification.
- Ability to pass a background check/security clearance.
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 per hour.
