Job Description

As an LPN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized care to clients with various diagnoses and acuity levels
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • CPR certification in good standing
