We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead our Grinding Machine Team at Arundel Machine.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing production goals, ensuring machines are running efficiently, and assigning jobs to machinists. Your primary focus will be on increasing productivity, participating in weekly Team Lead Meetings, troubleshooting issues, setting up, operating, and maintaining grinding machines.

You will also supervise and train team members, reporting metrics to the plant supervisor or General Manager. We value strong leadership skills, which enable you to communicate effectively and motivate your team. Additionally, dependability is crucial, as you must follow instructions and respond promptly to management direction.

A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, have basic computer skills, and be able to improve processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our team's success by implementing process improvements and optimizing machine efficiency.

This role offers an estimated salary of $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career with our dynamic company.
