Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.
Salary: $23-30/hour
Location:Billerica, MA
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Behavioral Therapist with ProCare Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to support students in achieving their goals. You will work closely with educational staff and families to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Deliver high-quality behavioral interventions: Utilize your expertise to design and implement effective behavior plans that promote student success.
- Monitor and document progress: Accurately track and record student progress, providing valuable insights for further improvement.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid RBT certification.
- Experience working in a school setting or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
