About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to Case Managers working with children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Case Managers in their work with children and families
  • Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication
  • Work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate for improved quality of life
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, compassionate, and dedicated to helping families in times of crisis. A high school diploma or equivalent and/or previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families is required. An associate degree in a Human Services field may be substituted for experience.
