Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our Application Development team. This role will play a critical part in delivering ServiceNow solutions for customer service, data collection, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow development, system integration, and migration strategies, working closely with other software developers to assess the best paths for migrating systems and data.


In this Role
  • You will lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to support customer service, data collection, and GRC processes.
  • You will integrate and manage disparate data stores, ensuring global users have seamless access to reporting and the ability to manage cybersecurity findings.
  • You will work on migration strategies for various systems and data stores, creating dashboards that enable users to assess and take action on cyber-related issues.
  • You will collaborate with software development teams to evaluate and implement the best migration paths and integration methodologies for both new and existing platforms.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of overall work experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Possess one of the following certifications, OR be able to obtain prior to start date: CASP+ CE, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, CEH, CFR, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), Cloud+, CySA+, GCED, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, SCYBER, VCA DCV, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including custom module development, workflows, and integrations.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $104,000 - $166,000 based on experience and location.
