We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Restaurant Host to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

• Greet and Seat Customers: Maintain a presence at the host stand or door to greet and seat customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor Server Performance: Observe and monitor server performance to ensure smooth service during the customers' dining experience.
• Handle Reservations: Handle reservations through the OpenTable platform and respond to inquiries regarding hours of operation, specials, and events.
• Organize Reservations: Organize reservations, maximize seating during operating hours, and optimize staffing and customer traffic.
• Fulfill Duties: Fulfill duties that may involve lifting objects, such as tables, chairs, and highchairs.
