Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with All Medical Personnel, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team and assist Physical Therapists in evaluating patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate patient goals and develop effective treatment plans.
• Establish and administer rehabilitation programs with realistic and achievable goals, ensuring patient progress and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.

Requirements:

• 6 months of recent experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• BLS Certification and active state license required.
